You can find available e-bikes in your our App, or simply walk up to one at a Parking Zone.
Tour De East Coast is at your fingertips. Remotely access and unlock an e-bike right from your smartphone. Make sure it’s in good condition by reporting any damage before hopping on and hitting the road.
Wear a helmet when you ride. You can find a helmet in the basket of every Tour De East Coast E-Bike. (Plus, wearing a helmet is the law). To help keep you and other road users safe, always use hand signals
Need to make a stop? Hit ‘Stopover’ in the app to lock your bike so you know Tour De East Coast will be there for you when you get back
Leave Tour De East Coast (just about) anywhere. Look for any approved Tour De East Coast Parking Zone in your app and end your trip by selecting ‘End trip’. Yep, It’s just that easy!
While Tour De East Coast can go up to 25km/h, there are no-riding zones around town. These areas are highlighted in red in the App and will automatically reduce your speed to ensure the safety of all road users. Check your speed anytime on the e-bike display screen.
